Ever feel as if your "smart phone" is smarter than you are? In the technology world, a lot of products are now coming together. At one time, you took pictures with a camera, shot movies on a camcorder, talked on a phone and surfed the Internet on a computer. One day, however -- and it's not too far away -- all of these products will come neatly packaged into a single one-size-fits-all business tool. You'll call your client on the same machine that downloads your e-mail, checks your portfolio, takes a picture of your new listing and balances your checkbook.

Some users have even lost all data while installing a Windows Update.

Cool Tools: Smart phones making you feel inferior?

But phones today can do more than call clients as telecommunication companies add features once found only in computers and cameras.
