Backing Up Your System
If your computer were to stop tomorrow, would you be able to restore your data?
In most cases, the answer would be no. We used to use expensive tape backup systems and backup the entire computer. This can be time-consuming and costly. Another disadvantage to “system backups” is the fact that if you had a virus, worm, or any other problem with your operating system, you would be including this with the backup. Cool Tools: Multimedia Messaging (MMS) Phones
The newest generation of cell phones should make your job even easier. New multimedia messaging capability allows you to send and receive messages containing a photo or video clip along with a personalized voice message directly from your mobile phone.

Imagine the possibilities … on a caravan of new listings you see the perfect home for one of your clients. Without having to tote along any additional equipment, you shoot a picture of the home, record a message - "this is a great new listing with a big backyard and a playset already installed!" - and send it straight to the client. Or perhaps you meet a new prospect – get her e-mail address and send her your v-card and photo on the spot.
